To change your goal (physical conditioning and health, weight and fat loss or strength gain and muscle mass), go to your training sheet screen by clicking on “Start Workout”. Click on the image that’s on the upper right part of the screen, and you’ll be able to fill in the anamnesis with your new goal, available time etc.
